Where has the year gone? There is only 6 weeks until Christmas. Are you Christmas ready? When we say this we don’t mean presents sorted, food shopping list sorted, and refreshments sorted before family and friends arrive. Those things are important, but we mean is your business Christmas ready? Have you considered:

Are you shutting down or working through Christmas and New Year, and have you informed your staff what is happening?
If you are shutting down have you considered your pay dates and when you are paying your staff?
Have you sorted the cashflow and ensured you have sufficient to meet your creditors over the holiday season?

These things need to be considered now especially the cashflow. Don’t leave it too late especially if you need the support of your bank as there are formalities to complete with them and it takes time to get it sorted. So, start working on these things now.

Office Closed - Friday 14th November 2025

The office will be closed on Friday 14th November 2025 while we have our team Christmas function. This year the team decided we need to learn some barista skills to make good coffees and how to put pretty pictures on them! Then after a nice lunch we are off to play some virtual golf which should be fun.
