Where has April gone? With daylight saving finished the days certainly seem to be getting shorter in more ways than just less sunlight. We are already a month into the new financial year and we are still targeting the 31 May 2023 IRD deadline to have all the 2022 work we have on hand finished, signed off and filed by that date.

Monday 24th April 2023- Office closed

We have all been working hard with our deadlines and with ANZAC Day being a Tuesday this year we are closing the office on Monday 24th April 2023 so we can all have a nice long weekend before we head into the long winter months.

2023 End of Financial Year Checklists

These checklists will be sent out in the next couple of days and will also be up on our website so that you can download them and complete them and send in with your 2023 end of financial year work.

Hopefully you all remembered to do your stock take if needed.

Provisional Tax Payments due 8th May 2023

The third instalment of 2023 provisional tax is due to be paid by many of you on the 8th May 2023. The payments reminders & details will be emailed out this week. If you don’t get an email from us and you think you should be paying some provisional tax then let us know and we can have a look for you.

Similarly, if you have provisional tax to pay but feel the amount is not quite right because your turnover has increased or even decreased, then give us a call so we can have a look and make sure you are paying the right amount.
