After nearly 25 years in our current building we are off to fresh pastures.    Our new office will be located at 4/121 Port Road on the Hatea Loop, an exciting move for the team. We will be operating from our new office on Monday 4th November 2024.  Our phone number will remain unchanged.

To access our new office please take the driveway to the left of Action Zone, you will find us behind Hillcon Group. As part of the office move our current office will be closed on Friday 1st November.

If you have not already sent us your financial records for the 2024 financial year please get them to us as soon as possible, so we can complete your accounts and tax returns and file them with IRD by the end of March 2025.  If you're unsure about the information we require, feel free to contact us for guidance. Staying compliant with IRD filing obligations helps you avoid interest and penalties.

IRD are updating their tax and social policy system over Labour weekend. myIR, phone services including self-service options, and gateway services will not be available from 5pm Friday 25 October 2024 through to 8am Tuesday 29 October 2024.

Xero has launched a new range of subscription plans, as well as increasing pricing on some remaining plans.  On the 12th September 2024 Xero began phasing out their GST Cashbook, Starter, Standard and Premium plans. These plans are being replaced with plans offering similar or improved features. In addition to these plan changes, Xero’s current Add On offerings of Payroll, Expenses, Analytics and Projects will be available as plan features rather than Add On’s. 

Some Xero clients will see a price increase in their October invoice as a result of these  plan changes.

Our Senior Administrator, Karen ventured to South Korea & Nepal last month. The Monkey Temple, a helicopter tour over Mount Everest and visiting an elephant sanctuary were all features of Karen's action packed adventure..

Jennifer has come over from a contracting administration background. She enjoys running, beach days & any outdoor adventure with her two young girls.
