Inland Revenue will soon be sending out the friendly reminders to get your 2024 end of year information to us and reminders that your tax returns haven’t been filed yet.  If you get one of these letters and you haven’t got your information to us then now is the time to get it sorted and to us.  If you have sent us your information, then ignore the letter as we will be working on your tax returns.

If we are trying to sort out any issues at Inland Revenue for you or if you have sent messages through myIR, we have been advised by IRD that there is up to a 12 week turn around on some of this correspondence.

Unfortunately, Maurice is off on sick leave and we are not sure when he will be back.  He is trying to do as much work as he can while off.  Hopefully he is back on deck next week or as soon as possible.  In the meantime, you can email Maurice or ring the office on 04-528 6123 or 0800 866 399 and we will be able to help you.

Will you have enough cashflow over the holiday season to get you through all your required payments?  January is a shocker for many with GST, PAYE & provisional tax payments due.  But there are wages, holiday pay & usual creditors as well in December and January.  Now is the time to start looking at this so that if you need additional help, you can get things sorted with the bank.  We can help you too with Cash Flow Forecast and plans.  Don’ leave it to the last minute as you may not get the support you need in time.
