Xero have recently announced significant updates to Xero products in New Zealand. These changes are part of Xero's efforts to simplify their plan offerings and provide better value to customers. |
Xero have introduced new subscription plans that bundle key features such as Xero Payroll, Xero Projects, and Analytics Plus. Migration to the new plans will occur in early 2025.
For those clients who use Xero, we will be sending out invoices for Xero charges in mid-January 2025, which has the benefit of locking in your pricing for the year. |
Xero has launched three new streamlined business plans - Xero Ignite, Xero Grow and Xero Comprehensive, to go along with the existing Xero Ultimate plan. The new plan line up is:
• Xero Ignite: Accounting tools for the self-employed and businesses starting out. Includes sending up to 20 invoices and entering 5 bills per month.
• Xero Grow: Accounting tools for the self-employed and growing businesses. Includes payroll and expenses for one person a month.
• Xero Comprehensive: Streamlined accounting and payroll for businesses with employees. Also includes multiple currencies.
• Xero Ultimate: Accounting, payroll and forecasting tools (Analytics Plus) to help businesses scale for future growth. Includes Xero Projects for up to ten people.
Xero Cashbook will remain as an option for non-GST registered clients who don't need invoicing. This plan is only available to Xero accounting partners such as The Outsider.
Old products such as Xero Starter, Standard and Premium are no longer sold. |
