We are now in the process of preparing the 2025 Budget Templates for our regular monthly schools. 2025 Provisional Roll and Resourcing Entitlements:
The 2025 provisional roll and resourcing entitlements are now available on Pourato so please upload these to Google Drive so that we can include this information in your template.
You can view the provisional staffing entitlement under the staffing tab in Pourato. Please ensure you have selected the year 2025 from the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen. Please export this to excel and then upload to Google Drive - 2025 Accts - Budget folder.
You can also view the indicative funding under the funding tab. Again, ensure you have selected the year 2025, export this to excel and then upload to Google Drive - 2025 Accts - Budget folder.
School boards can apply for a review of their 2025 provisional roll from 16 September to 15 November. To request a review, click the button below. |
Later this month we will send our 2025 Budget Chalkboard special, which provides further information on how to complete the budget templates. Please let us know if you have any questions about the process.
If you are not one of the schools we generally assist around the annual budget, but would like us to prepare a Budget Template report for your School, please contact Allison Henderson via admin@afsl.nz. |

| Next Wednesday, September 18, we will bid farewell to Ben Sarten, who has been a valued member of our team for over five years.
Ben has enjoyed looking after a number of schools and developing a significant level of knowledge around the financial challenges that schools face. During his time at AFS, he also successfully completed his Chartered Accountancy qualification. While we're sad to see him go, we're excited for Ben as he embarks on his next adventure in Australia. He will be sorely missed by the team and undoubtedly many of school staff he has worked with over the years. All the best, Ben! |
